Jeffrey R. Stout, Ph.D. serves on the Performance Enhancement Team (as the Performance Nutrition expert) for the U.S. Sailing Olympic Team. He holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University, a Masters in Exercise Science and a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (FACSM) and ISSN (FISSN); Dr. Stout is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
