Tim Ziegenfuss, Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer of The Ohio Research Group of Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition, and President of Z Sciences Inc, a consulting firm that specializes in product formulation for the dietary supplement industry. Tim earned a B.S. from Lock Haven University, a M.S. from Purdue University, and a Ph.D. from Kent State University. In addition to being an internationally-recognized author, speaker, and researcher, “Dr. Z” is a Fellow of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and has recently been appointed Chair of the Department of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Science Exercise program at Huntington College of Health Sciences. Because of his unique training and ability to “connect-the-dots” between diet, supplements, and physical activity, Tim is routinely sought after as a consultant by top supplement companies and elite athletes.
