Suzy Favor Hamilton was born and raised in Stevens Point, WI. In high school, Suzy won 11 state titles and was named one of the top 100 high school athletes of the century by Scholastic Sports Magazine. In college at the University of Wisconsin, she became the winningest female collegiate athlete ever, winning nine NCAA championships and the Honda Broderick Cup as the nation’s top female collegiate athlete. She is a three-time Olympian, holder of six US national championships, and has conquered the 4-minute mark in the 1500m five times, with a personal best of 3:57.40. She now lives in New Glarus in southern Wisconsin, and devotes her career to helping others excel at running.

Kelly Kennedy graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Communications, Florida International University with a Masters in Health Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology, and is currently working on a Ph.D, in Educational Leadership at Lynn University. She currently works with law enforcement as a Physical Conditioning Coordinator and Director of the Fitness Center at the Miami-Dade Police Department.
