William J. Kraemer, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Kinesiology working in the Human Performance Laboratory at the University of Connecticut at Storrs. He also is a Professor in the Department of Physiology and Neurobiology and a Professor of Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center. He earned a Ph.D. in physiology from the University of Wyoming in 1984. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research and is the co-author (with Dr. Steve Fleck) of Designing Resistance Training Programs. Dr. Kraemer is one of the world’s leading experts in the field of strength training and hormonal responses to exercise training.
Maggie Diubaldo is a fitness celebrity from Toronto Canada who has helped redefine the image of fitness models.
