Tom Seabourne, Ph.D. is a two-time All-American, a member of the United States Taekwondo Team and National International AAU Taekwondo Champion. He was an ESPN Professional Karate Association full-contact karate winner and USPTA tennis pro. He currently holds four ultra-distance cycling world records and finished in the top ten in the Race Across America (RAAM). Dr. Seabourne is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Cooper Clinic, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has authored ten published books including Athletic Abs, Basic Training for Cycling Homestudy Course and SCW Personal Training Homestudy Course.

Allison Ethier is a Canadian Fitness Champion. She has appeared in many top fitness magazines including Oxygen and Musclemag. She continues to build her fitness resume with recent top finishes at the Fitness America Pageant, Fame Pro Fitness Championships and the Fitness Universe Pageant. With over 30 competitions under her belt, Allison continues with her career as a high school math teacher. She has a full time job teaching high school math in the Eastern Townships in Quebec, Canada. Allison also finds time to balance her career and her favorite sport with being a mom and wife.
