Allison Maurer, M.S., RD, CSCS is in her fourth year as the Sports Dietitian and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University of Colorado. Allison takes care of the nutritional needs for all varsity sports teams where she conducts nutrition assessments, creates meal plans for weight gain/loss, works with eating disorders, plans pre and post-game meals for football and orders and distributes supplements. She is also the Strength Coach for Track and Field, Men’s and Women’s Golf, Women’s Tennis, Cross Country, Cheerleading and an assistant Strength Coach for Football. Allison is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Kristal Richardson burst onto the competitive Figure stage in 2006, winning both her class and the overall title in the San Francisco Steel Rose and earning her Pro Card at the North American. In 2007, she placed in the top five of two professional Figure events and in the top ten in two others. Kristal lives in South Florida and is the Spokesperson for Tight Curves and BodyWell Nutrition.
