David Sandler, MS, CSCS*D, CCS, HFD is President and Co-Founder of StrengthPro Inc. He is a doctoral candidate at the University of Miami and has been a strength and conditioning consultant for more than 18 years. He has presented more than 230 international, national and regional lectures with organizations such as the NSCA, ACSM, AAHPERD, IFPA, SWIS, ECA and SCW Fitness. Sandler has authored or co-authored five books: Sports Power, Weight Training Fundamentals, The Resistance Band Workout Book, Plyo Power, and Strength Training Everyone. He is the Chairman of The Arnold Strength Training Summit at the Arnold Classic and is a consultant and member of the advisory board for Muscle and Fitness magazine and the Performance Training Journal of the NSCA. He is a former powerlifter and focuses his research in strength and power development.

Shoshana Pritzker is the Editor-in-Chief of FitnessRxMag.com, the online version of FitnessRx for Women magazine. Shoshana’s background is in Dietetics and Nutrition. She received a B.S. from Florida International University with a focus in Sports Nutrition, Supplementation and weight loss. She recently completed her 900 hours of Clinical internship and is currently preparing to take her Registration exam in Dietetics. Her passion for fitness has taken her to the stage numerous times as an NPC Figure competitor. Her passion for writing has allowed her to work for top supplement companies such as VPX.
