Mike Sanders, MAEd, CSCS is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Denver. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Mike has over 14 years of experience working with athletes from the NHL, collegiate hockey, volleyball, football, basketball, golf, lacrosse, figure skating, swimming, skiing and mixed martial arts. He has also worked and consulted with SWAT and police officers in the area of physical performance development. Shoshana Pritzker is the Editor-in-Chief of FitnessRxMag.com, the online version of FitnessRx for Women magazine. Shoshana’s background is in Dietetics and Nutrition. She received a B.S. from Florida International University with a focus in Sports Nutrition, Supplementation and weight loss. She recently completed her 900 hours of Clinical internship and is currently preparing to take her Registration exam in Dietetics. Her passion for fitness has taken her to the stage numerous times as an NPC Figure competitor. Her passion for writing has allowed her to work for top supplement companies such as VPX.
